Terms and Policies

 If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of unwashed, unworn merchandise, with tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund, minus shipping. Please ensure the items sent back are through a traceable and/or insurable method as Sierra Brooke is not responsible for any returned packages not received. A $1.00 restocking fee will be charged when processing a return for any dress.

Shipping

All orders will be sent USPS First Class. Please allow up to 14 days for arrival of shipment. Some of our items are made when you order, and sometimes may take a little longer to receive. However, most of our items are in house and will ship within 2 business days of ordering (we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays).

Brooke's Closet

At Brooke's Closet we carry only the very best in gently used women's clothing. We do our best to only offer clothing in excellent condition and good quality. All clothing is listed to the best of our knowledge. We strive to provide you with the most accurate listing of color & sizing. However, all clothing listed in Brooke's Closet are preowned. All items are pre-laundered and shipped in good order. No refunds or exchanges are offered.
