We hope you love your new Sierra Brooke items, but in the event that they don't work out our return policy is we offer in-store credit only, no refunds. Exchange can be made up to 7 days from the day you received your shipment, after that time frame, no exchanges can be made. Any returns received after the return period will not be accepted and you will be responsible for return shipping costs to get it back to you. If you choose not to pay shipping charges to get it back to you, your items will be donated to charity after 30 days. All Accessories Items are Final Sale.
Any qualifying items that are unworn, unwashed, or unspoiled merchandise may be exchanged within 7 days of the ship date of your order. All item(s), must have its original tag/bag to exchange, or an exchange will not be extended. Any item that is returned with a foul odor will not be accepted. Your store credit may be used for any item listed on our site. Please note that original shipping fees will not be refunded. Once your exchange item is approved, then you will receive an email with your store credit code. Store credit will expire 3 months from the email date issued. Once you have redeemed your store credit, only one exchange is offered per order.
Please ensure the items sent back are through a traceable and/or insurable method as Sierra Brooke is not responsible for any package not received. Please allow 14-21 days to process the exchange. Customers are responsible for paying for the shipping charges on their exchange packages. Sierra Brooke is currently only set up to ship to the US, Canada, and Australia at this time. All orders will be sent USPS Priority Mail. Please allow up to 5-12 business days for arrival of shipment for US shipping and up to 2 to 3 weeks for international shipping, though for international shipping the above is an estimate. We can provide tracking numbers once item is shipped but we do not offer the option to insure packages, and will not be held liable for lost or stolen packages, once shipped. In rare instance,Sierra Brooke cannot be held responsible for any unexpected delays incurred by USPS (or customs) as it is beyond our control.
As part of our company policy, we will not be able to provide refunds, only store credit. For all of our clothing products, please take careful note of the precise measurements, shown in our size chart. You acknowledge by the use of the Site, that you use it at your own risk, that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated within use of the Site and that you will not hold Sierra Brooke liable for any damages of any kind with regard to your use of the site, even if a policy is not read or understood.
